One supplement I recommend to almost all of my clients is some form of a fish-oil or omega-3 complex.
Unless you’re eating cold-water, low-mercury, high-omega fish at least 3x a week (which let’s be real, most of us aren’t) then there’s a good chance you could be deficient in omega-3 fatty acids, which are vital for a high-functioning brain, elevated mood (low omegas are linked to depression and anxiety), balanced hormones (especially fertility) and a thriving body (they help to lower inflammation).
I love this Omega Krill option from Bulletproof as it contains optimal doses of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA and is sourced from a variety of wild, sustainably caught, cold-water fish like herring, sardine and krill.
They also don’t have any weird fish oil taste or smell, so it’s a very easy way to integrate more of these necessary fats into your daily routine.
