Okay while this may be TMI, when COVID and quarantine hit last March, so did the constipation. I’d read a post on how this was a problem for a lot of people, and decided to upgrade my probiotics to SEED, a female co-founded company that created a 2-in-1 prebiotic/probiotic capsule resistant to stomach acid in order.
I’d been following SEED for quite some time and had read/researched/heard numerous impressive things about the company (from the crazy amount of scientific research they put into their product to the extremely high standards they hold their product to (i.e. not just the FDA’s regulations, but Europe’s (EFSA) as well)) but this uncomfortable situation incentivized me to take the plunge, and I signed up for a subscription service.
I’ve now been taking SEED for 9 months, and have seen a noticeable improvement in my regularity, as well as a reduction in digestive symptoms like bloating, constipation etc.
This makes sense when you look into the details of their probiotics, especially with the genius way they’re designed to a) resist stomach acid (so the bacteria can actually make it to your colon, where it needs to end up to be effective) b) protected from heat, light and moisture (so the bacteria actually survive and there’s no inconvenient need to refrigerate) and c) contain strains that are thoroughly researched to be effective and potent.
Last but certainly not least, the company uses eco-friendly and sustainable packaging so you can feel good about how it’s protecting your body AND the earth. Oh and it’s a subscription-based service, making it convenient to consistently take.
I highly recommend SEED for anyone struggling with digestive issues or hormonal symptoms ranging from bloat, constipation, intestinal permeability, food sensitivities, nutrient malabsorption, etc.
